Banyan Tree House is close to the sea on the North East of St Lucia. A very different style home built in a combination of pink stone and double green heart wood. This Villa has been designed with the main lounge and the master bedroom on the top floor to take advantage of the views and the sea breeze.

The middle floor has the dining / kitchen with granite topped units built in red finished south american hardwood. There is also a second bedroom with bathroom on this floor. The lower, entrance floor has a third bedroom with bathroom, an entrance lounge, small office and laundry room.

The Villa is set in 15,500 square feet of easily maintained gardens with a tiled deck area, outdoor dining gazebo and a pool. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The Villa has a solar powered hot water system .

This Villa is not for those seeking a traditional style home, but will appeal to anyone looking for something a little different in the North of St Lucia, in sight and sound of the sea.

The Villa could be a vacation home and would rent the rest of the year when owners not in residence.
