This discounted package is ideal for generating complete market coverage of an individual island or group of islands. Placement starts for as little as $80 per month.
(C) Run of Site:
This option is available for generating broad coverage across the site and the islands represented on IslandRealEstate.com. Rates begin at $75 per month, for your choice of any one of the three ad sizes - in rotation through any non-contracted ad positions on the site.
NOTES:
(1) Rates are monthly, based on month to month terms, payable in advance by credit card, (Visa and MasterCard accepted).
(2) Discount of 15% provided for annual pre-payment (i.e. pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of coverage)
(3) New advertising placement may be submitted at any time.
(4) A maximum of 3 advertising rotations are available for purchase in any single advertising position.
(5) Cancellation of advertising for the next calendar month must be provided to IslandRealEstate.com in writing at least 7 days prior to the contract auto renewal date. Cancellation of advertising within a billing period will not be pro-rated. To cancel advertising please email your request to your service representative or call 902.791.0371.
(6) Changes to advertising must be requested in writing with details, new advertising copy or advertisements provided at least 7 days prior to the contract auto renewal date. Changes made after this date will be done on a best-effort basis.
